Student Services

Student Services provides support for the ProgressBook Suite which includes a state-of-the-art, comprehensive web-based student information management and decision support system solution for Pre K-12 schools, including StudentInformation, GradeBook, and DataMap. A web interface allows for ease of use and navigation; as well as a consistent "look & feel" across all modules. User friendliness interfaces throughout to combine efficiency with an intuitive layout to accommodate all level of users.

Student Services also supports the integration between the ProgressBook Suite and SameGoal, an online system that is utilized for special education services. Whether gifted services, special education services or classroom teacher, the communication between the systems can provide teachers the information needed to deliver the best instruction to students.

The ProgressBook Suite enables today's school staff to work smarter, not harder.

Progressbook's StudentInformation system, formerly known as DASL, is a comprehensive system to manage and store student data. StudentInformation offers a full range of capabilities including student enrollment, scheduling, graduation tracking, attendance, student fees, course history and much more. The system provides a variety of reports that collect and connect data so that everyone has access to the information they need.

StudentInformation provides a seamless exchange of information with the Department of Education and Workforce (DEW) Education Management Information System (EMIS) reporting to meet today's needs.

StudentInformation Services (DASL) include:

Provide first level support fo all users
Communication, documentation and in-person guidance for software updates, problems and fixes
Provide in-person training to all users for various topics throughout the school year

DASL Enhancement Forms - Complete for any new enhancement request for the DASL application. This ER form can also be found within the DASL's Learning Center found in the StudentInformation area. Once completed, please email our helpdesk (support@tccsa.net) and attach for submission to developers.

GradeBook is one component of the ProgressBook Suite that focuses on the instruction provided from the classroom teacher as well as providing online access to parents through ParentAccess and data analysis of testing information through DataMap. Integration between GradeBook and StudentInformation make it seamless for attendance, discipline and report card grades.

Special Services supports special education software, SameGoal, which is a web-based application for special education and gifted student forms. Districts can easily manage IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, written education plans and more so all district user can simply access state-published forms.

Special Services include:

Support for teachers and administrators
Communication, documentation and in-person training for software updates, problems and fixes
New staff training and support
Provide assistance with the integration to StudentInformation for state reporting
